ABSTRACT
A brief look at the status of several national
legislative or regulatory issues of interest, including now needing Clean Water
Act permits for making aquatic pesticide applications and the possible future
for such permits, Endangered Species Act issues affecting either product
registration or permitting requirements, continuation of federal CDC funding to
help support state or local arbovirus disease control efforts, and the USFWS’s proposed National Mosquito Management Policy for
National Wildlife Refuges.
