ABSTRACT
Coverage under this permit is required for mosquito
control districts (MCDs) and applicators who control for mosquito and other flying pests that develop
or are present during a portion of their life cycle in or above standing
water. Presentation will include a
quick overview of the development of this permit and the NPDES program in
general. Discussion will focus on who
needs to get coverage under this permit, as well as when and how one can apply
for coverage. Specific responsibilities
for decision makers (MCDs) and applicators will be
discussed as well as how requirements may vary between states.
