ABSTRACT
The scientific investigation of the mechanism of
mortality from acoustic larvicideŠ revealed many interesting characteristics of
the internal anatomy of mosquito larvae that had not previously been
studied. This conference being held at
the home of the United States Submarine Force we thought it would be
interesting to compare the internal structures and design of a mosquito larvae
and those of a submarine. The design of
both are strikingly similar. The
presentation will also identify the Achilles heel of mosquito larvae to
acoustic energy
