We all know exercise can be a chore and who really wants to exercise this early in the morning. But after 3 days of conference eating you will be glad you did. So take this fun opportunity to join fellow NMCA friends for a few laughs, wonderful conversation, fresh air and earn that 3rd trip to the banquet buffet and desert too!

The Fun Run goal for 2011 is 10 runners.

The Fun Walk goal is at least 2.
